VFS Leasing for the Green Data Center

Verari Financial Services builds on Verari Systems' long tradition of enabling the green data center by incorporating several polices and programs that allow our customers to stay on the cutting edge of green IT. New executive initiatives increasingly encourage green IT practices, which in turn encourage upgrades to more energy efficient equipment.

VFS strives to create the greenest lease financing alternatives possible for customers by combining local Power and Utility industry incentive credits with planned technology refresh and trade-in programs. This is the best way to harness all that technology has to offer while keeping costs down and protecting our environment.

Energy Credit:
VFS is developing an energy credit program with local electric utilities for customers who upgrade older equipment to more energy efficient technology, such as the Verari Systems' BladeRack® 2 Series platform and Verari's FOREST Container. VFS builds on Verari Systems' long tradition of enabling the green data center.

Disposal Risk:
Verari Financial Services will dispose of equipment in an environmentally "green" and secure manner by complying with local and federal laws. Costs associated with secure data wipes can be included in the lease. To provide customers with peace of mind and proof, a certificate can be provided that ensures your information was removed securely.
